What can I say? I LOVE my sleep.
If I don’t get enough of it, I’m not a very nice person, period. So whenever I hear a fellow Mama (brand new or seasoned) speak about how exhausted she is, it brings up ALL KINDS OF FEELINGS.
Because despite what society wants us to believe, I'm here to tell you, it doesn't have to be this way!
HOW DOES
it work?
STEP 1
Once you've decided you are ready to go ALL IN, we start by analysing your babe's current sleep situation. We will dig DEEP to find the root cause(s) of your current sleep challenge(s). We'll also talk a lot about what success looks like for you & your fam.
STEP 2
Next, I'll create a bespoke sleep plan based on your individual goals and aspirations. A road map jam packed with everything you need to get going. We'll have an in-depth training session together too, to ensure you are nice and comfy with everything before getting started.
STEP 3
This is where the REAL magic happens! I will be with you every step of the way as you implement the plan, guiding and cheering you on, and helping you troubleshoot along the way. After smashing those goals, you'll also be given a clear strategy for maintaining your success going forward
